A Facebook page and Twitter account extended campaign reach and tapped the power of social media to encourage consumer interaction and WOM. • Neutrogena Wave
    • The Neutrogena Wave, a vibrating facial cleanser from J&J, needed a big push in the market to boost sales and digital activity to date was very limited with low awareness of the product online. Our brief was simple - to shout the "Cleans 10x deeper" message as loud as we could. Our solution was to bring the product to life as much as possible in pixel land with plenty of bubbles and fun interactive demos to get our young target audience engaged with the product. A combination of bold site skins and rich media banners got the message across whilst a targeted messenger banner cheekily posed the question "Wish your friends were 10x deeper?"

  • Neutrogena Ulstra Sheer
    • Neutrogena launched its sunscreen into the competitive Australian market embracing digital as a key channel to create advocacy and talk-ability. TheFARM created a combination of big bold interactive display advertising and facilitated grass roots conversation around sun care. We undertook a multi channel and phased approach providing content beyond product messaging and opening up a conversation about the broader topic of sun care. We also utilised key opinion leaders to build credibility of Ultra Sheer and assert it as a serious player in sunscreen. The Suncare Revelations blog was an additional contact point for the collation of content and the destination for conversations.

    TiVo support site
    • In mid 2008, The Farm partnered with Unwired to assist with the launch of TiVo. The project involved three components; scoping, content and build. The scoping stage included research and development into possible solutions in both Dotnet and PHP environments, the formation of technical guidelines and system architecture documentation, and development of information architecture and user flows. The content stage involved preparation of all help articles for use on the site, and The Farm provided appropriate copywriting experience to ensure clear and consistent tone and terminology site-wide. The final build included site build, including customisations to spec, testing, content migration and deployment.

In order to provide the most innovative solution possible, The Farm analysed the field in Flash solutions and chose to implement the site in a Papervision 3D environment with dynamic camera movement and tracking.
